Enrolment Application Process
Applications to attend Kindergarten and Pre-primary in 2027 are now open. While the formal application process has concluded there may be some vacancies so please contact the school. To enter Kindergarten in 2027, your child must turn four years of age by 30 June 2027. Please note that families are only permitted to apply to one WA government primary school. Applications for entry in Years 1-6 can be received at any time, and dependent on available places, families will be notified if successful as soon as possible. Please contact the school for further information 6458 7700 or mosmanpark.ps@education.wa.edu.au
Procedure for Enrolment
Parents initially complete an Application for Enrolment, then when eligibility for enrolment is confirmed, the formal School Enrolment form is completed. Please click on this link to see our Personal Information Collection notice.
Additional documentation required with all enrolments:
- birth certificate or extract or other identity documents
- proof of address
- information relating to health or medical condition, disability or additional needs
- copies of family court, other court, or care orders (if applicable)
- information relating to suspensions
- Australian Immunisation Register
2026 Enrolments: We occasionally have vacancies in certain year groups. Please contact the school for further information 6458 7700 or mosmanpark.ps@education.wa.edu.au
Students will be placed in the year of study corresponding to their age group.
International enrolments
If you are arriving from overseas and are your children are not Australian Citizens, please contact us on mosmanpark.ps@education.wa.edu.au to clarify if you can apply direct to the school or must enrol through Tafe International
Please also refer to this information regarding vaccinations. A copy of your and/or your child's Visas will be required to enrol.
